Who provides the tool

Free comparison

Comparison, on-screen filters and CSV export remain free. Supported input is two XLSX files, up to 20 MB each, with matching worksheet names and stable cell positions. This is not record-ID reconciliation. Formatting, charts, pivot tables, macros, external-link resolution and formula recalculation are not provided.

Optional handoff report

The optional paid offer is a one-time $19 USD report for one workbook pair, with applicable taxes shown by checkout. The report includes all supported detected differences, your own review marks and notes, and standalone HTML suitable for browser printing. One purchase code binds to one saved report ID on first export; it is not a subscription. Repeat exports of the same saved report require online authorization but no additional purchase. Generated samples cannot be purchased on the Live site. Reports are limited to 10,000 changes and an 8 MB private draft, with no silent truncation.

Your responsibility and recovery

Only process files you are entitled to use. Review results before relying on them; a review mark is your assessment, not our certification. Save your private draft and retain the original XLSX pair before buying or leaving the page. We do not hold your files and cannot restore lost report contents. Recover an original purchase code from your Creem receipt, order page or customer portal.

Payments and access

Creem acts as merchant of record and contractual reseller for the payment, invoice and applicable indirect taxes. Its Buyer Terms also apply. A return page or a local draft cannot prove payment. Refunds, disputes or a support hold can prevent future exports; already downloaded documents cannot be recalled.

No audit or legal certification

This tool does not identify authors, establish intent, sign agreements, certify compliance or verify the truth of source data. No term here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. See Refunds & Support before purchasing.
